The Contract.

We just have a few things to discuss before moving forward. If you agree with all the terms, digitally sign your name by typing it into the box at the bottom of this contract. I’ll try to keep it short, sweet, and uncomplicated, so hopefully it won’t take you too long!

(Once you do that, if you have paid your $10 donation, you will receive access to your digital via email!)

#1.) COST: I did this shoot as a volunteer to support our amazing dance studio, not to make money. Because of that, you don’t owe anything, and there is no refundable value. You can, if you choose, send a $10 donation to receive the full-resolution digital.

#2.) INCLUDED: The shoot includes edited headshots of the dancers and instructors for the dance studio that came in during the scheduled times/days.

#3.) USE: You/your dancer participated in this shoot so that Tracey and Heather’s Dance Synergy could use it at their discretion on social media, and so on. They will recieve copies of all images for that purpose.

#4.) OTHER: Glitterfly Studio may also use images for advertising purposes. However, if you would rather I didn’t use you/your dancer’s photo, I completely respect that! Please email me at glitterflystudios@gmail.com and request to opt out at any time.

#5.) COPYRIGHT: Copyright is retained by Glitterfly Studio. While I do my best to store photos for as long as possible, I am not always able to after delivery. Feel free to ask if you ever need to, but just know it isn’t a guarantee. It’s a good practice to save images in multiple places. (Reminder: Social media is not reliable photo storage. It can be hacked, and images decrease in quality.)

#6.) ORDERING: You will have an opportunity to purchase professional-quality prints, but you are in no way obligated to purchase. If you do, however, use the code THDS25 for 25% off all professional prints.

#7. MULTIPLES: Signing this will apply to all adults/students per family.
